Re-activating a Trackstar system is simple and easy – Simply choose the type of system you have installed below and soon you’ll be fully protected and covered by the Tracking system that helps to recover over £20 million worth of stolen vehicle each year in the UK alone!  Looking for renewals? Click “Renewals” in the menu bar to access Eurowatch and log in using your Eurowatch username and password (Don’t worry if you don’t know it, choose forgot password).

Trackstar Secure S5

The Trackstar Secure S5 is the highest Thatcham approval available in the United Kingdom and makes use of Driver Identification tags to enable the system to know when an authorised person is driving the vehicle.  

If you have purchased a vehicle with a Trackstar S5 system installed, you will already have received one or two Driver recognition tags. these tags will look like one of the two images below.  If you have not received any tags, you may still have an S5, but would need to purchase new driver recognition tags to be able to use it.  In newer systems we may be able to downgrade your system to an S7, meaning you would not be required to purchase tags.

Once you are ready to start the resub process, click the “begin Resubscription” Button

Trackstar Secure Advance

The Trackstar Secure Advance S5 has the highest Thatcham approval available in the United Kingdom and makes use of Driver Identification tags to enable the system to know when an authorised person is driving the vehicle.  what’s more, the Advance system has a built in immobiliser, physically preventing the vehicle from being driven without the Driver recognition tags present. 

If you have purchased a vehicle with a Trackstar S5 Advance system installed, you will already have received one or two Driver recognition tags. these tags will look like one of the two images below.  If you have not received any tags, but your vehicle starts, you do not have an Advance system installed and likely have an S7. It is possible you may have an S5 or CAT5, but would need to purchase new driver recognition tags to be able to use it. 

Once you are ready to start the resub process, click the “begin Resubscription” Button

Trackstar CAT5

The Trackstar CAT5 previously had the highest Thatcham approval available in the United Kingdom and makes use of Driver Identification tags to enable the system to know when an authorised person is driving the vehicle. Whilst the Thatcham CAT5 category no longer exists, our CAT5 systems are also Thatcham S5 approved 

If you have purchased a vehicle with a Trackstar CAT5 system installed, you will already have received one or two Driver recognition tags. these tags will look like one of the two images below.  If you did not receive any tags, it is still possible you may have a CAT5 however without at least 1 tag, we are unable to pair new tags to the system.  On newer systems our teams may be able to downgrade your system to an S7, ensuring you are still covered.

Trackstar Secure s7

The Trackstar secure S7 is robust and powerful, yet unassuming.  with no Driver Recognition tags, the Insurance, Thatcham and Police approved tracking system has alerts for movement without ignition, towaway, signal jamming and more. Once you are ready to start the resub process, click the “begin Resubscription” Button

How does it work?

It is likely that the SIM card in your Trackstar system has been turned off, so we need to perform some tests on your system to ensure it is working as expected before we can reactivate your system and take payment. Once the form has been submitted we will attempt to reactivate your tracking system's SIM. This can take up to 1 working day. Once we have confirmed your system reactivation we will send you an email with a telephone number to call. Please ensure that when calling you are with your vehicle.
