At Trackstar.co.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you can return it to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving it.
Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days of receiving your product. This right is not affected by the system being installed in the vehicle, However, please note that if you have had the system installed, you may be required to pay an administrative fee, as well as reasonable costs for the removal of the system from your vehicle. Your subscription will be refunded, with a pro-rata deduction for the time on cover.
If you wish to return your product, prior to its installation, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com. We will provide you with a freepost return address and instructions on how to proceed. You must return the product in its original condition, in its original packaging, and with all original accessories. If you wish to return your product after installation, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org, for instructions on how to proceed.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition, and issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the product.
Please note that our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act and Distance Selling Regulations.
