UPDATE CONTACT DETAILS

This guide will show you how to edit and update your contact details. This is different to editing the contact details for whom we will contact in the event of a theft. For advice on this, please view “editing subscription details”

Navigate to and press the “account” icon on the MyTrackstar app menu

Click “Contacts”

Click edit

Here you can update your address, email address and choose the types of notification you would like to receive

Press “save”

within 15 minutes you will receive a push notification to advise that your details have been updated

S5 Advance Stolen Vehicle Tracking with sophisticated driver identification technology providing enhanced vehicle security inhibiting unauthorised vehicle start.
