This guide will show you how to manage your alarms, if for example the car is driven without a tag, the signal has been attempted to be jammed, the power has been disconnected or the vehicle is being towed




When you receive a push notification or a call advising you that an alarm has been detected, log in to your MyTrackstar app using Fingerprint, Face ID or passcode




All location settings and journeys will be greyed out





Navigate to and press the “alarms” or “active alarms” icon on the MyTrackstar app menu





Here you will see your alarms





to deactivate the alarm click deactivate and enter the reason e.g. “forgot tag”




Press submit


Within 15 minutes you will receive a push notification to advise that your alarm has been cancelled
